Responsibilities of the Data Protection Officer will include:
- Advising and investigating potential data protection breaches
- Advising on Data Subject Requests & Rights Support
- Dealing with any requests from the Regulator
- Managing any complaints or queries raised by Data Subjects *
- Drafting and updating policies and processes
- Preparing and delivering data protection training for all of the business functions and relevant external third parties
- Ensuring the compliance of policies with applicable laws and regulation
- Complete risk assessment and establish ongoing controls, tools and templates to ensure compliance across all business functions
