The Role

- Involvement in property aspects of development and regeneration schemes
- Advising and undertaking acquisitions of development sites for mixed use schemes for public and private sector developers
- Acquisitions, disposals, leases and licences
- You will work on a caseload of complex and often high profile matters
-Participation in BD and client activities

The Candidate

- Real estate solicitor- candidates with 2-6 PQE are encouraged to apply
- International/ national or regional firm background
- Able to manage files independently
- Strong client facing skills
- Commercial awareness
