Commercial Property Solicitor

My client, an excellent and reputable private practice Law firm are currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join their offices in Milton Keynes.

The Role:

As the successful Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of Commercial Property files from inception to completion. The caseload may include acting for:

• Landlord & Tenant
• Lenders and Borrowers
• Dealing with Refinances
• S106 agreements
• Sale
• And more!

Requirements:

In order to be suitable for this position, you will be able to demonstrate a great amount of experience in Commercial Property and have excellent communication skills at all levels. You will hold a Law Degree with LPC or PGDL Qualifications and ideally, be 5-10 years PQE.

It is important that you can build good client rapport, take part in regular business development duties and be a team player.
