The ideal Corporate Solicitor (5+ years PQE) will be advising a wide range of business clients from large companies and professional partnerships to sole traders and small family run businesses. Types of matters you will be dealing with include mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, restructuring, private capital funding and exits.
