BRAND NEW OPPORTUNITY - Financial Controller - CIMA/ACCA/ACA
We are delighted to be working in partnership with a global business who are undergoing significant growth and change.
Reporting to the Board of Directors, you will be tried and tested in managing all aspects of financial controls and leading a best in class team who are high achievers in their field. You'll have experience of working in a retail, FMCG or manufacturing environment and you wil undoubtedly have been involved in driving reporting models and continuous improvement.
With full P&L responsibility, you'll be tasked with delegating work accordingly and reporting to deadlines on a weekly, monthly and periodical basis. Your communication skills will be second to none, and you'll be more than adept in liaising and influencing key stakeholders across all areas of the business operation, so business partnering skill are key.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of month and year end accounting, and will be tasked with identifying room for improvement, and assisting in the future for further recruitment and identifying the best talent.
