Radley Green is partnering with a hyper growth logistic tech business which is backed by a large, listed organisation. The team are looking for a high performing Finance Manager, who has solid technical accounting experience, who can business partner the senior leadership team.
This is a fantastic time to join the group, as the product has launched, and the business is in rapid growth mode. You will have the opportunity to really shape and develop you career, managing and training two direct reports and working closely with the CFO.
The role responsibilities will include.
Our client is looking for a qualified accountant (ACA /ACCA) who has 3 - 5 years post qualified experience, coupled with a real commercial acumen and proven background in technical accounting.

- Take full responsibility for the timely preparation and delivery of efficient reporting
- Lead the business on valuable financial analysis and insight with robust controls
- Actively seek to identify improvements in the ways of working within finance
- Improve efficiency, utilise systems and improve accuracy in the reporting cycle
- Analyse and interpret reports relative to budgets / comparatives
- Report and discuss variance analysis / trends with senior group accounting teams
- Tightly manage departmental budgets in relation to projects and procurement spend
