Financial Controller (Real Estate)

Your new company
A high growth private equity style property investment business with track record of developing and improving assets, are looking to grow their finance function to support exciting plans for 2021.

Your new role
Reporting to the Group Financial Controller this role is hugely varied role and the perfect role for a qualified professional with Real Estate experience taking their first step up to FC.

Duties:

• Financial ownership for reporting across the EMEA platform
• Quarterly investor reporting
• Management of outsourced accounting, VAT, Tax and compliance function
• Business planning and budgeting
• Contributing to the development of investment strategies

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant from either a practice or industry background capable of owning a reporting process but also adding significant commercial and strategic value. Previous Real Estate experience would be highly desirable as this is a newly created role and is part of a significant growth plan.
