This multi-award winning law firm's corporate team have many years experience of handling mergers and acquisitions, providing advice on a variety of corporate transactions in the UK and overseas.
The team advise corporate clients, financial institutions, management teams, private equity firms and business owners on a variety of transactions from the relatively straightforward to the very complex. Their expertise includes:
The team have been ranked as one of the top 10 most active M&A law firms in the UK for three years running.
The successful candidate will possess at least 3 years' PQE in corporate and in particular handling M&A transactions in the UK, any overseas transactional experience would be an advantage.
A solid academic record and experience gained with a firm well regarded for corporate work, is preferred. The team are flexible around whether this experience has been gained at a smaller regional firm or one of the larger practices.
The team can offer an exellent path for progression and therefore this role would suit an ambitious corporate lawyer who feels blocked from progressing to the next stage and would prefer less of a glass ceiling moving forward.
