Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining a hugely successful and ever expanding global organisation.
The organisation has various international offices, including throughout Europe, in Australasia and the Middle East.
Role
This is a brand newly created position as a result of business growth and success.
You can perform this role mostly from home/remotely should you so wish. You can also have an office base at the organisation's central London HQ.
You will undertake a hugely varied in-house role, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and advising on various wider day to day legal issues.
You will report directly into the Head of Legal and you will have immediate and direct exposure to various internal stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
You will be rewarded with a highly competitive remuneration package including bonus component.
You
You will be a qualified UK qualified Solicitor with approximately 0-4 years' PQE. You will have prior experience of varied commercial agreements. You will have have spent time with a top 20 law firm, will have some prior in-house experience and also some prior experience of tech/fintech/IT related matters.
