Your new role

This employment solicitor role will see you play a key role in the ongoing development of the department. You will handle a caseload that comprises both contentious and non-contentious matters. The caseload will be weighted towards respondent matters but there will also be applicant work too.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an employment lawyer with 5+ years' pqe who is able to work on a stand-alone basis. You should have a desire to be involved in business development and have good client care skills.
