Our client is a long established, and leading firm based in South London that is highly regarded for their work across a broad spectrum of practice areas.
They are seeking an astute Family Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE to join their busy and successful department and play a key role in the departments structural and future growth plans.
You will take a leading role within the established family team in order to drive efficiency, client satisfaction and a long term growth. You will work closely with the departments Partner in order to develop and implement business development initiatives and build relationships with local accountancy firms, individuals and businesses and build on the already healthy referral network.
You will enjoy an existing high quality and often complex private family caseload involving finances, divorce and private children matters, pre and post nuptial agreements, childcare and cohabitation agreements, property disputes and financial remedy.
This role will provide excellent opportunities for progression with scope to develop into a Head of Department as well as Partnership for those who can deliver excellent results and demonstrate commitment to the firm.
In order to be considered for this position you must have a solid technical grasp on a broad range of private family law matters and have the ambition to drive the departments growth strategy.
The salary on offer will be competitive and is expected to be in the region of £55,000 to £75,000 DOE in addition to a lucrative bonus scheme. Candidates will be valued based on individual merit and those with higher salary expectations are invited to apply to discuss their requirements.
