They are seeking to appoint an experienced HR & employment specialist lawyer to manage activities across the Balkans, Central and South-Eastern Europe.
Based in Serbia, you will report to the regional Head of Legal and oversee a wide range of HR / labour & employment matters internationally, including contracts, disputes and tribunals.
The role will suit a talented, commercially aware lawyer used to operating within a multinational environment.
The role holder will be the go-to person for HR, labour & employment law matters, so it is essential applicants have relevant experience. The ability to handle a demanding workload autonomously is essential.

- Serbian or compatible legal qualification
- 5 PQE or above
- 4 + years HR & employment law experience (in region)
- Fluent Serbian and English essential. Other European languages will be an advantage
- MNC background coupled with strong technical skills gained with a reputed law firm
- Strong business relationship building and interpersonal skills
