Our client is a national firm with a strong culture. They have a longstanding team in Liverpool working as part of a wider network of offices nationally. The work is excellent, as expected from a large national firm, and there is a clear collegiate feel - sharing work and clients as appropriate. Due to increased work levels , they are looking now to add an experienced hire to the Liverpool team, ideally at Senior Associate level. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone at looking for a move to a well known national firm.

The Role
· Join a highly performing commercial litigation team, working in Liverpool but as part of a national network of offices.
· Handle complex commercial disputes, including general contractual disputes and more niche tech/IP matters.
· Play a role in managing and developing client relationships within the team.
· Work autonomously on some matters, but equally work as part of a team with junior support on bigger cases.

The Candidate
· Senior Associate level in commercial litigation, or an Associate looking to progress.
· Excellent communication skills and an ability to form strong relationships both internally and externally with clients.
· An ability to work independently at times but equally to work as part of a team supervising more junior fee earners as required.
· Strong links to Liverpool and a commitment to the city.
