Due to increasing workloads the firm has an exciting new vacancy for a lawyer to join its growing contentious probate team.
The Contentious Trusts and Probate team deals with a wide range of high-value and complex cases and its strong reputation is long-recognised by The Legal 500.
All of the team are either full members of ACTAPS or are working towards this.
ABOUT YOU
You will have experience in advising clients on all types of probate litigation, including IPFDA claims, validity challenges, removal of executors, construction applications and claims for proprietary estoppel.
With 2-6pqe, and ideally Court of Protection experience, you will be looking for a new challenge with a leading team.
