Financial Controller (Interior Design)

Your new company
Having been established for 10 years, this company now have turnover of circa £6 million and EBITDA of £2 million so would very much be described as high growth/scale up. The organisation have a fantastic operational team and are therefore looking to build a first class finance function to compliment the growth.

Your new role
This newly created role will report to the CFO and will be fully responsible for the 5 person accounting function. You will be responsible for monthly reporting including budgets and forecasts, presenting to senior stakeholders to influence business strategy and also taking ownership of all year end processes including liaison with auditors.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a qualified accountant with a proven experience managing teams. The ideal profile will be someone who wants to really find work in a dynamic organisation where they can work towards taking full ownership of a function.

What you'll get in return
You will get to be properly responsible for a finance function and as such this role will pave the way to become an FD in the future. You will have regular interaction with the senior stakeholders and therefore should feel motivated to learn in a progressive environment.
