Finance Director Job Description:
- Management of the Finance team
- Financial budgeting and strategy planning
- Monitor the cash-flow for the business, completing monthly cash-flow forecasts
- Producing monthly financial accounts and performance reports for SMT, Board and Stakeholders
- Oversee and manage stock providing effective inventory control
- Supporting investment raising efforts and managing on-going investor relationships
- Managing relationships with key external stakeholders including external audit
- Working closely with CEO, SMT and Board in driving strategy and performance
- CIMA/ACCA/ACA
- Finance Director or Financial Controller ready to “move up”
- Hands on approach willing to get involved in the basics
- Financial budgeting, forecasting and strategy planning
- Business planning
- Investment raising with experience of PE
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience of Netsuite or similar tools to drive business improvement
- Company Secretary
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast pace environment
- Self-motivated with extensive management and leadership experience
