Cost Reduction Project Manager- Interim
Hawkmont Consulting is exclusively recruitingfor an experienced,talentedindividual to join a fastgrowth highly successful PE backed FMCG business in SouthYorkshire.
Our client has established relationships supplying to the UK's major retailers and supermarkets. This role will play a key role in a transformational change programme. We are looking for somebody to cleanse the data round the standard costing information and to take the business through a cost reduction programme.
This is a complex and sizeable project, and you are likely to be with the business for 6 Months, you will be working closely with the manufacturing facility and making the necessary changes to drive efficiency and cost reduction whilst not affecting operational performance or quality.
The successful individual will be a commercially and operationally strong, fully qualified accountantwho has worked specifically within the manufacturing environment, preferably within the food space. This role will suit an experienced interim specialist who has worked on similar sized cost reduction projects. You will be apositive, motivated individual with excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building strong working relationships acrossand outside the business.
