Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining a household name organisation which has offices across the globe including in Australasia, the Middle East, Africa and across Europe.
You will be joining a publicly listed organisation.
Role
You will be based at the organisation's London offices. You will also be able to undertake some flexible working/WFH.
You will take on significant degrees of responsibility for looking after the legal matters for the organisation's EMEA region.
You will undertake a hugely varied in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of commercial contracts and wider day to day legal issues such as in respect of IP, DP, etc.
You will work within a flat structure and report directly into the General Counsel.
You will be rewarded with an extremely attractive remuneration package.
You
You will be a qualified UK or other Common Law jurisdiction lawyer with approximately 1-5 years' PQE. You will have prior experience of varied commercial agreements. You will have have some prior in-house experience and you will have trained and qualified at a top 20 law firm. You will have significant prior experience working on a range of tech/software/IT related matters and agreements.
