Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining a leading global brand name organisation which has offices across the globe.
Role
You will be based at the organisation's London offices. You will also be able to undertake some flexible working/WFH.
You will take on significant degrees of responsibility for looking after the legal matters for the organisation's EMEA region.
You will undertake a hugely varied in-house role, getting involved in a wide range of commercial contracts and wider day to day legal issues such as in respect of IP, DP, etc.
You will work within a flat structure and report directly into the General Counsel.
You will be rewarded with an extremely attractive remuneration package.
You
You will be a qualified UK or other Common Law jurisdiction lawyer with approximately 3-9 years' PQE. You will have prior experience of varied commercial agreements. You will have have trained and qualified at a top 20 law firm and you will have some prior in-house experience. You will have significant prior experience working on a range of tech/software/IT related matters and agreements.
