This international law firm is home to one of the world's strongest multi-disciplinary real estate legal teams. The real estate team works high profile clients, delivering commercial, fast paced and creative advice.
This role is split between two key client sectors:
Working as part of a busy team, supporting and working closely with a partner and independently providing advice to owners, occupiers, developers and investors.
The successful candidate will be exposed to a broad range of real estate transactions and will be involved in a diverse and interesting blend of work.
The team is looking to hire at senior or principal associate level with experience of working within a recognised real estate team, ideally at 6 years pqe and above. Excellent commercial development experience is essential. Energy sector experience is not essential.
The SR Group (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
This role is split between two key client sectors:
- Energy generation clients in acquiring freehold and leasehold sites for the development of new generation facilities, redevelopment and disposal of the same, together with acting in relation to finance/refinance transactions; and
- Corporate clients, for whom real estate may not be their core business, with all of their real estate needs, whether that is procuring a new build headquarters building, re-gearing a portfolio of offices across the country or disposing of a manufacturing facility.
