Our client is seeking to recruit for a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of four year's with expertise in the Corporate Commercial law sector. The successful applicants will be handling a broad range cases to include; mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, corporate transactional work, directors' and shareholders' rights, corporate finance, complex transactions and joint ventures.
Candidates should have an aptitude for networking and business development, be personable and able to handle clients in a highly professional manner.
