Ipswich-based Charity seeking to recruit Interim Finance Director for 3-6 months assignment
Our client is seeking to recruit an Interim Director of Finance on an initial 3-6 months assignment whilst they look to recruit to the permanent post. Reporting into the CEO, the ideal candidate will be professionally qualified with proven experience at Finance Director level within the Charities sector.
Leading a team of 5 in Finance, you will have strong management and communication skills. You will take the lead on preparation for their financial year-end and audit and a willingness to "roll the sleeves up" and get involved with the detail on these tasks is essential. Experience of reporting to SORP standards is essential.
This role will suit a proven FD with the experience to guide a finance function through a busy year-end period. The organisation supports an agile and remote working policy and there is potential for an immediate start.
