Excellent opening for a senior corporate lawyer to join this progressive, forward moving law firm based in Stoke-on-Trent.

Our client has a successful corporate department handling a mix of M&A, PE, MBOs/MBIs, joint ventures, reorganisations and financing work on behalf of SMEs, owner managed businesses, partnerships and larger corporates.

The firm is keen to appoint a senior corporate associate or junior partner. This role would suit an experienced corporate lawyer already practising in the Midlands and/or an individual with plans to relocate to Staffordshire from another regional centre or London. The firm would also be very keen to speak to experienced corporate lawyers looking for a first partnership level opportunity.

As an experienced corporate dealmaker, you'll bring proven technical skills including a solid track record of leading on good sized transactions. You'll have demonstrable networking, marketing and business development skills as well as the ability to build strong relationships with new and existing clients. The ability to help drive incremental growth in the corporate team would be of particular interest to the firm's management team.
