Excellent development opportunity to join a supportive, friendly team over a good length of contract within a London Local Auhtority.
Whilst the specialism of the role will be Contracts and Procurement, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to picking up some Planning work as required. The duties may include:
The successful candidate will ideally be experienced working within Local Authoirty, however my client is happy to consider candidates of a more junior level who have a strong work ethic and willingness to learn. The role will be all remote and a courierer will be organised for equipment.

- Drafting and amending contracts
- Negotiating with third parties
- Advising and drafting procurement documents
- Providing legal advice to Local Authority Clients
- Drafting and negotiating planning agreements relating to varied developments
- Assisting planning and highway officers with committee reports and advising members and Council departments at development management briefings
