Residential Development Solicitor
An exciting opportunity has arisen at a leading London law firm for a Plot Sales Solicitor to join their highly regarded Residential Developments team.
Our client has a rapidly growing bespoke and high quality residential conveyancing department. Alongside the usual residential conveyancing transactions, the firm acts for a number of developer clients in assisting with plot sales transactions.
This role will suit a fee earner with around 1-4 years' experience of dealing with plot sales, who is approachable and able to work well in a team, as well as being commercial and decisive and able to respond quickly to client's urgent requirements.
