A well-established firm located in West Bromwich are seeking to appoint a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy department.
The Role:
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will work under the Head of Department handling their own caseload of Commercial Property matters including leases, assignments, licences, acquisitions, disposals, and contracts.
Requirements:
The ideal Commercial Property Solicitor will be a minimum 1 year' PQE but the firm will also consider senior candidates. You will be highly organised and boast excellent verbal and written communication skills.
