Communicate have partnered with a c.£1bn t/o Professional Services business in Central London on their Head of Group Reporting hire.
Having recently gone through a significant transformation programme involving an SAP implementation, numerous acquisitions, and establishment of a presence in Europe, the business is in need of an experienced Senior Group Reporting Manager / Head of Group Reporting to assist through its next phase of growth.
Reporting into the Group Controller, the chosen candidate will be a technically strong ACA Qualified accountant, with a proven track record in overseeing all aspects of internal and external reporting. You will be joining at a busy period, assisting Year-End with a full handover from the incumbent.
Day-to-day responsibility will include, but not be limited to year-end, half/quarterly reporting, ownership and development of the group’s annual report, and preparation of cash flow and balance sheet recs.
This role will suit an individual with substantial PQE within large corporates/blue-chips/plc’s, on an impressive career trajectory, and looking for an opportunity to transform an organization through the development of themselves and the wider team.
Qualifications / Experience Required:
- ACA (ideally Big 4) Qualified with significant PQE
- Technical excellence, within large blue-chips/plc’s
- A track record of leading sizeable teams
- Being immediately available would be desirable, but our client is willing to wait for the right individual
