Exceptional role for an EU/Competition and Trade lawyer to join an award-winning team at a leading international law firm, based in their offices in Edinburgh.
Role Profile:
The EU/ Competition and Trade team consists of over 20 competition lawyers and is part of a wider international Competition Group consisting of more than 180 competition lawyers across the globe. The team advises on a broad range of matters that include:

Role Profile:
The EU/ Competition and Trade team consists of over 20 competition lawyers and is part of a wider international Competition Group consisting of more than 180 competition lawyers across the globe. The team advises on a broad range of matters that include:
- Competition enforcement issues;
- Merger control:
- Public procurement;
- State Aid;
- Regulatory matters.
- Public procurement (both contentious and non-contentious);
- State Aid;
- Competition compliance;
- Regulatory investigations;
- Merger control.
- Qualified Lawyer inScotland and/or England & Wales;
- Ideally circa 3+ PQE;
- In addition to competition experience, the successful candidate should have a strong interest in public procurement work, ideally with an EU law and/or public sector background;
- Experience in public procurement;
- Excellent communication and drafting skills;
- Strong commercial acumen and business development skills.
