Commercial Property Senior Associate - Our client, a large and highly accredited Legal 500 Kent firm with a long-standing reputation in the area has asked us to assist them in finding a further senior associate to join their real estate team.
About the Role
Led by a Chambers recognised individual, the team handle a broad spectrum of commercial property transactions. They are now calling for an experienced individual to specialise in property development work, handling a busy caseload including, in particular, promotion agreements, options and subject to planning contracts.
Candidate Requirements
They are seeking a commercially aware solicitor or legal executive who can become a vital part of the team and add value to the practice. You will need to have at least 5 years' experience and a solid background acting for developers and/or landowners, ideally in the Kent market.
