A well renowned Pharmaceutical company based in Manchester are looking for an In-House lawyer who will primarily focus on their day to day reviewing, drafting and negotiating commercial contracts.
The ideal person is a qualified solicitor, with 3+ years' experience either inhouse or in private practice. The company will consider private practice commercial lawyers, experienced in house lawyers and In-house contracts managers.
The role will be very fast paced and varied, as with most in house roles the core will be Commercial with the focus being on drafting and negotiating contracts in the following documents:
