Senior Residential Property Solicitor - With multiple offices in Surrey and Southwest London, our client, a Top 200 and Chambers ranked practice is now seeking a 5+ PQE residential property solicitor at senior associate level to join their team at their Surrey office.
About the Role
This large and comprehensive property department act for all manner of clients in every aspect of conveyancing, including property and land ownership, acquisition, sale, lease's and development.
The role will be to assist in the further development of the department whilst managing a caseload of:
- Sales & purchases of HNW freehold and leasehold properties
- Listed building legislation
- Re-mortgages
- Equity release
Candidate Requirements
They are now looking for an experienced solicitor who is:
- 5-10 years PQE
- Commercially aware
- Have strong business development skills
- Experience of mentoring junior members of the team
