Associate - Clinical Negligence

CLINICAL NEGLIGENCE SOLICITOR

£45k - £65k depending upon experience

I've worked with this nationally recognised, high profile firm for some time and recruited several Solicitors across multiple offices, all of which are delighted with their role!

I'm pleased to be working with them again to recruit a Clinical negligence Solicitor as their team continues to develop.

Candidate Requirements:

- This position is open to 4+ Years Clinical negligence Solicitors who have are highly proficient handling a broad range of clinical negligence matters, with a track record of excelling in similar challenging and dynamic environments. - Candidates with claimant experience from top tier claimant teams are also welcome to apply, however ideally they must have some previous defendant experience or have a really strong demonstrable interest in defendant clinical negligence.

Duties and responsibilities will include:

- You will be responsible for providing sound and commercially minded clinical negligence advice to the NHS Resolution and NHS Trusts. - You will handle a varied and high value caseload of litigated and pre-litigated matters, investigating initial complaints, drafting letters of response, undertaking witness investigations, managing litigated cases and conducting mediation.
