As the team is growing, they are looking for a Contested Wills, Trusts & Estates Solicitor to join their Cardiff, South Wales office. (The firm are all still working from home currently)
This role sits within an expert team where you will find collaboration with the other highly experienced lawyers around you to get you onboarded smoothly.
The department is made up by a team of dedicated highly ranked Contested Wills, Trusts and Estates lawyers. They are noted experts in the full range of private wealth disputes including will disputes, Inheritance Act claims, onshore and offshore trust disputes, equitable claims and Court of Protection disputes.
The team has a very good client base including individuals, professional executors, trust corporations and banks.
The opportunity presents excellent advancement opportunities within a rapidly growing firm and team - this growth is stable and makes for an exciting time to join in terms of progression prospects.
- The ideal candidate will either hold or be willing to work towards their ACTAPS diploma
