Finance Manager - Software
The Company
Our client is fast growing Software business which commenced operations in 2011, and is a market leading high speed firm with a head office in London and operations in Hong Kong and New York.
The Role
This role is a reporting to a Financial Controller. The role will be a mix between Financial Accounting/Management Accounting with broad end to end commercial/operational duties. You will work closely with the GM and will be assisting with management reporting, cash flow, budgeting, and various month end duties.
· Month end closing journals, reconciliations etc
· Cash flow and working with operations to ensure revenue accounts are cleared timely and accurately
· Management reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
· Assisting with tax compliance
· Statutory reporting

Your Skills & Experience
- ACA Background, ideally from Audit Big 4
- Previous Software company experience is absolutely essential.
- Strong technical experience with management reporting and statutory reporting, someone who likes the technical details, and they have the ability to also influence business planning from the results
- Ability to work in a standalone role, and a proven track record of working autonomously
- Previous experience managing a team
- Well-developed ability to communicate and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels and effectively lead a less experienced team
