Private Client Solicitor - 4+PQE - Glasgow
Are you a private client solicitor in the Glasgow market or looking to move into it and considering a move to a role with a top tier practice?
Do you have at least four years PQE and have specialised within private client for most, if not all, of your career? Ideally with a top tier or boutique practice?
QED Legal's top tier, leading client has a desire to appoint a driven, private client solicitor with long term ambitions due to a thriving department. With workloads increasing for their existing team and a gap between assistant and senior associate level this role is seen as key.
You will ideally come from a private client background with a leading Legal 500 firm, and have experience of all aspects of private client work including wills, trusts, inheritance and tax planning ideally for high net worth individuals or estates.
Candidates keen to push for the STEP qualification, or already on that path, and with experience of power of attorney work are of particular interest. My client has an excellent track record of pushing all their private client solicitors towards this accreditation.
Should you be successful in your application, you will have the opportunity to work alongside on the of the country's most respected private client practitioners, whilst enjoying a varied caseload which will also include working closely with some of the UK's leading charities.
If this sounds like it could be for you, please do not hesitate to contact Neil Campbell at QED Legal via the details provided for a confidential discussion.
I look forward to hearing from you.
