Interim Financial Controller

Hawkmont Consulting is exclusively recruiting for an Interim Financial Controller for afastgrowth PE backed Manufacturing/FMCG business in Warrington. The business was in an excellent position pre pandemic but has traded incredibly well throughout the Covid 19 scenario. Due to the increase in turnover the business needs an extra pair of hands to continue to stay ahead of the growth curve.

You will be working with a highly talented CFO; you will be tasked withtaking ownership of the finance function.The Financial Controllerandteam will be responsible for the delivery of all of the management and financial reporting, including commercial analysis and statutory compliance. You will also take ownership of the Supply Chain function and look to make significant improvements as well as analysing risks and opportunities.

The successful individual will be a technically strong, fully qualified Accountant who has led the finance team hopefully within a Manufacturing/FMCG environment. You will be apositive, motivated individual with excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building strong working relationships acrossand outside the business.
