A Disputes Lawyer is sought by a long established Essex Law firm that has grown substantially over recent years. Several high profile hires, fantastic modern offices and a culture and ethos second to none, has seen this firm recognised as one of this region's leading names.
The Disputes team provides a broad spectrum of legal advice ranging from small to large claims for individual clients to large corporate business's on multi-million pound cases heard in the county and high court and court of appeal.
The team handle a broad range of landlord and tenant, contract, consumer, commercial and construction disputes, together with insolvency, contentious probate and professional negligence.
Ideally this person would need a#to have between 2 and 8years PQE and come from either a regional or London background and be looking to join a firm with clear prospects for advancement.
