An experienced Residential Property Solicitor is required to head up the residential property team of a long-standing Leeds practice. This Head of Residential Property role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
Your New Role
The newly placed Head of Department will be responsible for:
The successful Head of Residential Property will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years' PQE and 2 years' experience managing a team of conveyancing professionals.
Salary & Benefits
On offer for the Head of Department will be a salary of £50,000 - £60,000, dependent on experience, plus benefits including flexible working.

- Managing their own caseload of residential property files, including title checking and dealing with complex matters.
- Ensuring compliance with CQS.
