Your New Role
You will be reporting directly into the Finance Director and play a key part of the finance leadership within a medium sized team. Key duties of the Group Accountant will include:
- Covering all levels of finance reporting, from leading and supporting the team to adding significant support from a technical, strategic and commercial perspective.
- Management reporting will be important, including significant project leadership and strategy management as well as forecasting and planning.
- The development of a head office team of 10+ including all levels of accountants and transactional support.
About You
This role would suit a qualified Accountant either making their first step into a management role or who has already worked at that level within a similar service-based environment. Applications must demonstrate:
- A team focus and history of team success
- An understanding of how to get the best out of people
- Drive and desire to develop and grow in a hands-on business
- Any experience of a fast-paced business would also be advantageous
