The Role
The firm are seeking to hire an Insolvency Litigation Solicitor in Chelmsford.
This position will sit in the wider disputes team however, there is a separate department who do non contentious insolvency work meaning your role will be focused solely on Insolvency litigation.
The department is well-known for their work in this area, building an impressive client list. The team is fantastic at building lasting relationships and business development, meaning the firm are consistently busy with contentious Insolvency and debt recovery files.
This position is ideal for someone with general commercial litigation experience as some exposure to Insolvency litigation and debt recovery to specialise in this exciting team. Due to the nature of Insolvency, there is a heavy focus on business development should this be an area of interest for you

Requirements:
- You will be a Commercial Litigation or Insolvency Litigation Solicitor with 2 PQE +
- You will deal with a high-quality caseload of litigation matters
- You should have a good technical knowledge and previous experience in insolvency and debt recovery
