CCO is recruiting on behalf of a specialist Joinery and Fit–Out Sub–Contractor operating within the Commercial and High–End Residential sectors across London. Our client have their own in–house design and production capabilities putting them at the forefront of their sector.
Due to increased workload and project wins our client is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager to oversee joinery packages up to GBP9m in value. To be considered for this role the candidate must come from a Sub–Contract Joinery and Fit–Out background with key experience delivering Joinery and High–Spec Washroom Fit–Out packages.
Title: Project Manager
Responsibilities:
* Through the team, to ensure the delivery of the project within the given constraints of time and cost.
* To ensure that all health, safety and welfare obligations associated with the project delivery are met.
* To identify the necessary resources and assign individual responsibilities.
* To create and execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
* To carry out all the Project Manager's duties established for the project by the Task Role Assignment Matrix.
* To ensure that relations with the client and all stakeholders in the project are maintained and managed to an appropriate level.
* To apply the companies methodology effectively and enforce project standards.
* To minimise company exposure to risk on the project.
* To ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
Requirements:
* 5–8 years Sub–Contract Project Management experience
* Educated to a degree level holding a professional qualification
* Joinery/Fit–Out background
* Excellent time management
* High HSEQ standards
* Key communications and negotiation skills
* SMSTS + relevant Site Certifications
* Stability displayed in CV
