We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with a multi award–winning contractors who work across the UK & Ireland. With over 50 years of successful trading under their belt the company now turnover over in excess of GBP300m and have a number of live projects across the residential, retail, commercial, hotel and student accommodation sectors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager to deliver recognisable projects in London and across the UK. The successful Project Manager will be site based on one project (typically between GBP20m – GBP100m in value) from conception to completion, working closely with the client.
Desired criteria for the Project Manager:
* Degree qualified in Project or Construction Management ideally
* Minimum 7 years' experience in the UK construction sector
* Experienced delivering projects from conception to completion
* The right Project Manager will have a solid Main Contractor background
* RC Frame experience is essential
* Completed either Hotel, High–rise resi, commercial office or student accommodation projects
* Longevity with previous employers
* It's essential the Project Manager possesses exceptional skills of communication
