The Nationwide Caterers Association is the UK's only specialist organisation for independent food & drink businesses and has a 30–year track record of supporting its members to be safe, legal and profitable. The 5,500+ members are street food businesses, festival & event caterers and independent bars, pubs and restaurants providing everything from traditional fayre to innovative food and drink offerings from around the globe.
NCASS is all about providing excellent service to its members – training, compliance, saving & discounts, business leads, partnership opportunities, best practice advice, access to grants & funds, government lobbying – and continued growth in the organisation will further strengthen the service offering.
You will have a proven track record of leading and driving a SME through significant growth, fully utilising your sharp commercial focus and strong financial acumen. The ability to turn a vision into a strategy and then implement operational business plans through appropriate structures and processes will be essential for your success.
Your collaborative leadership style will be supported by your excellent relationship building and communication skills, and you will have the integrity and presence to represent the organisation to all external parties. Experience in a business where IT systems and developments drive the product/service offering would be ideal, as would business qualifications.
The remuneration package on offer is negotiable depending on what skills and experience the successful candidate will bring to the organisation.
