Responsibilities will include...
Develop and manage the sales strategy for the division
Working with internal stakeholders to develop pricing structures/promotions
Develop and implement the channel
Responsible for forecast and business essential KPI's
Ensuring knowledge of competitors offerings is kept up to date
What do we need...?
Retail Sales experience is ESSENTIAL
Proven success within a leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or related discipline
Ecommerce sales experience a plus
Strong decision making skills
Strong rapport builder with excellent communication skills
A results driven individual who can work both autonomously and as part of a team
