By understanding the current organisational situation, you'll help identify future needs and create solutions to help meet those needs, typically in relation to contact centre operations and new business on boarding.

Working closely with internal colleagues to understand the needs of the departments and the business you will work with external Suppliers to understand and investigate feedback into the service, function, or product provided. You will use Business–modelling data analysis techniques to analyse findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes.

With demonstratable experience of making change happen within organisations, using a combination of Business modelling process improvement and process testing, you will be innovative, inspirational and have the ability to think laterally.
