My North west based local authority clients are looking for a programme manager to join their exciting team to work on a large scale town centre regeneration scheme.
Requirements
* You will oversee the delivery of a number of large, regeneration projects so you will need to be able to demonstrate experience of doing this for a local authority or public sector organisation with projects at or above the GBP10 million mark.
* You will be working with across a number of teams within the council to deliver projects so you will need to demonstrate experience of this in previous roles.
* Your background would either be surveying or planning with a focus on regeneration/development and so will have relevant qualifications (MRICS, Prince 2 etc)
