Business Change Project Manager – Warrington – 3 Months +

Our client is looking to replace its enterprise project management system. As a result, a Business Change Project Manager is required to lead the successful transformation.

The role will lead the whole project life–cycle including the production of a Requirements Specification and tender package, planning and controlling the subsequent implementation, testing, migration, training, stakeholder management, managing an external integration provider, ensuring the change is embedded and that the benefits of the project are realised. The successful candidate may also get involved in other business change projects within the organisation.

Principal Accountabilities:
* Lead, plan and manage business transformation projects including technology, stakeholders & organisational change management
* Ensure production of Requirements Specifications through managing input of stakeholders, ensuring review and buy–in and ensuring one coherent output.
* Preparing and delivering of reports and presentations to a wide range of stakeholders
* Lead transition to BAU operation and guide team through change process
* Responsible for delivering and coordinating projects in line with agreed scope, quality, time and cost.
* Prepare and present standard project management documentation including project initiation documentation, resource–loaded project schedules, RAIDO registers, stakeholder management plans and business cases.
* Management of external supply chain contractors
* Ensuring good project change management is implemented
* Contribute to the evaluation of tender proposals
* Responsible for service acceptance and the hand over projects to business as usual, ensuring that project goals are accomplished and in line with business objectives, preparing close out reports and final sponsor approval.
* Gathering customer feedback and sharing and implementation of learning from experience (LFE)

Qualifications & Experience:
* Demonstrable experience of successfully delivering business change transformational projects previously within the following areas: Business Systems Implementation / Transformation, Project Management and People & Organisational Change Management
* Experienced in managing the transition to and integration of new enterprise project management systems (MS Project EPM, P6 EPPM etc.)
* Business change experience
* Prior experience as a Business Analyst is advantageous
* Project management qualification (APM or equivalent)
* Experienced working in a highly regulated environment
* Good working knowledge and proficient in the use of Microsoft Project EPM, Primavera P6 EPPM, Agresso and Microsoft Office Suite
* Commercial and Contract awareness
* Risk software awareness
