Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor - We have a rare opportunity for a forward thinking senior solicitor to join a well-regarded commercial London practice. Our clients, a successful niche Holborn firm, who have seen rapid growth over the past few years and have a unique business model have asked us to find them a further commercial litigation solicitor to join their highly regarded team.
About the Role
Working in this highly regarded litigation team you will act and advise for a diverse range of commercial and HNW, domestic and cross border clients. Alongside a partner and an associate, you will be managing a complex caseload of contract disputes, professional negligence, tortious disputes; including misrepresentation; conspiracy and other economic torts, shareholder disputes, insolvency disputes and winding up petitions and trusts disputes.
Candidate Requirements
They are looking for a 5PQE + self-starter, capable of working on their own initiative and from a similar status practice. They are looking for a team player who will embrace their ethos and help them build the team further.
