Axon Moore is working in partnership with a high growth, PE backed technology business in Skelmersdale to bolster their finance team with a new Head of FP&A.
The Head of FP&A will bring oversight and leadership to the team, creating a new FP&A function from scratch. This is a superb opportunity for a proven FP&A professional to make their personal mark on a business and architect an FP&A infrastructure to their own design.
The operational board are progressive, entrepreneurial and highly aspirational. They are looking to recruit a Head of FP&A who can grasp high-level business objectives and adapt the data, systems, models and reporting to inform strategic decision making and spur on performance across the business.
They are looking to recruit an agile, dynamic and ambitious Head of FP&A who can work within a high-change and fast developing SME environment; somebody who adds to the momentum and can see themselves developing in the role alongside the business.
