Chief Technology Officer Responsibilities:

* Responsible for evolving the product and technology strategy

* Building a growing team of engineers in cryptography and experts in Web3

* Provide mentoring and coaching for team members

* Technology budget control

* Technical leadership for areas such as infrastructure, architecture, and operations

* Collaborate with experts to constantly progress the decentralised movement.

Chief Technology Officer Requirements:

* Highly motivated and inquisitive

* Indepth knowledge of blockchain

* Senior technical leadership experience

* Relevant degree preferable

* Experience with consumer facing products

* Commercial experience with hiring and development of a high growth business

* Experience building and deploying scalable systems

* Experience with reviewing compliance of product and technical designs
